Footman
Infantry
Fielded by Exemplaris · Trained at Footman, Footman ×2
In Poker, one dealt card is 2 to 12 of this unit.
The Crown's standing line. Heavy armor takes volleys better than most infantry, and the sword is modest - it wins by holding ground, not clearing it. Screen your ranged ranks with it.
Counted by the wall they make, not the names they carry.
