Takes 50% more Electric damage - both electric attacks and the electric portion of elemental bonus damage. Does not make status effects easier to land, and armor still applies on top.
Shock Bolt
Adds bonus electric damage to every attack that ignores armour - so it hurts heavily-plated targets as much as bare ones - and leaves the target shocked. Electric resistance blocks the shock outright, at any tier.
