Cleanses all dispelable debuffs from a nearby ally in one cast. Costs 30 mana. Cooldown 8s. Cast priority over Heal - a chilled ally is more valuable to free than a wounded one is to top off.
Disenchant
Strips ALL dispelable buffs from a nearby enemy. Hard counter to Lich's Bone Armor, Vampire Lord's Lifesteal Aura, and any future caster-on-self buff. Costs 40 mana, 10s cooldown.
